When you’re finished adding items to your shopping cart, simply click on checkout and provide payment information. Once your transaction is complete you will instantly receive an e-mail confirming your order.

If you are wondering when your order will arrive, or need to review or change information on an order you've already placed, login to Your Account. For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the e-mail address that is associated with your account. We only read and respond to messages in English.

We deliver anywhere within Canada and shipping is automatically calculated based on weight and packaging types.

We typically ship in-stock items within two business days, and orders usually arrive within one to 14 days. We ship from multiple warehouse locations. If we are out of stock of an item you have ordered and that item will be in stock within a week, we will wait and ship the entire order at once. It the item won’t be available for more than one week, we will ship all of the in-stock items immediately, and the remaining item when it is are available. Tracking numbers for all shipments are available at the My Account area.

You must be present at the time of delivery and provide a signature indicating that your order was received. Please arrange a delivery appointment directly with the shipper, so you are available when they arrive

If a product is damaged during delivery (usually the packaging will also be damaged), you must make the delivery company is aware of this. We suggest that you inspect the packaging and inform the delivery driver of any damage and note this on the waybill when you sign it. You must contact OnWall's Customer Service immediately to inform us of the damage. We can often ship a replacement product while waiting for the return of your damaged one.
